This is a mentoring program that ALL women can participate in and GREATLY
benefit from. It’s a wonderful and exciting ministry.
The Woman to Woman Mentoring Ministry asks God to help match women into
one-on-one encouraging, supportive, friendship relationships. The mentor is a
Christian woman who shares and role models the Christian life with a sister in
Christ who is spiritually younger. It is coming alongside another woman and
teaching her to go to the Lord and His Word for ALL the answers.
How do I know if I should be a mentor or mentee?
Mentors: If you feel God’s nudge to share in another woman’s life by using what
God has done in your life to encourage and assist her in the glorious walk of a
Christian woman, God is calling you into mentoring.
Mentees: If you want to talk with another Christian woman who has been in your
shoes and with God’s help made it through and would like to support and
encourage you in your Christian life, God is nudging you to seek out a Christian
role model.
Mentoring is simply teaching what you've been taught so you can train the next
generation. You don't have to be a Bible scholar or a senior citizen. If you
love the Lord and have seen Him at work in your life, then God's mandate is to
share that with someone.
