Meet Our Staff
Pastor
Gary is our Senior Pastor and has been in ministry for over 25 years. He is
a graduate of Lee University in Cleveland, Tennessee and Southwest Bible
College and Seminary in Jennings, Louisiana. He and his wife Mary, our
Director of Women's Ministries, are true examples of a Godly couple. Pastor Gary is a caring Shepard of the
congregation at Victory. He is there for every member at any time and his
door is always open. Pastor Gary is a Pastor's Pastor. Many ministers and
former Pastors call Victory Christian their home church for this very
reason. He leads his life by example and the Word of God.

Pastor John and his wife Sherry started with Victory at our very first service; he originally had the role Music Minister for 10 years. Now, Pastor John works at Victory as the Associate Pastor where he teaches, counsels, preaches and helps Pastor wherever needed. Pastor John writes a weekly Blog for the website. Both Sherry and Pastor John have powerful testimonies of God's miraculous healing in their lives. The Gale's have two children Dawson 6, and Delaney 3. Email »
Pastor Greg and Samantha Wacker serve as Youth Ministers for the teenagers at Victory Christian's Foundations Youth Ministries. Pastor Greg is gifted in music, teaching and reaching our youth for Christ. They have two beautiful daughters Jenna and Gabrielle. Email »
Steve and Pastor Dar have been married for 13 years and have two children, Lucy and Josh. Pastor Dar started in ministry at the age of 19. After attending seminary, Pastor Dar served 14 years as Associate Pastor in local churches and has been on staff at VCC for the last year. Teaching God's Word is Pastor Dar's passion whether with children in Kings Kids, adults in the Bible Institute, or people gathered in an African bush village. She looks forward to seeing lives changed by the power of God's truth. Email »
Missionaries for a decade during the 1950's to the African Congo bush country; Pastor Ron and Betty bring years of wisdom to the members at VCC. They preside over the Pastoral Care Ministry and make frequent visits to area hospitals when needed. Pastor Ron's youthful sense of humor is vibrant; and both he and Betty's involvement at Victory is very much appreciated and esteemed. Email »
Daron
Holland is our Minister of Worship. He is a graduate of Lee University
and was a member of the Lee University Campus Choir. Daron and his
wife Heidi both grew up in
Dayton, Ohio where Daron has worked on praise teams and with choirs for the past 16
years. Daron was called to praise & worship ministry when he was 17
years old he has a passion for God's presence and seeing Gods people enter
into true, intimate worship. The Hollands have 3 small children. Mikayla,
Cameron and Alexis.

Dave Haworth is the Minister of Music. Dave is a twenty-one year veteran of the Air Force Band Of Flight in Dayton, Ohio as a keyboardist. During this time he also attended the Dick Grove School Of Music in Los Angeles, California. He was called to music ministry when he was 15 and has been involved in numerous worship teams, recording projects, and has also performed as a soloist. He and his wife Nikki were married in July of 1994. Dave's passion is to raise the standard of musicianship in the church and to exalt Christ through spirit-led worship. Email »
