 An
Apostle to the Missionary. Bill and his wife Carlene have been
ministering on the mission field since 1965. While their ministry
reaches into many countries (Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Kenya, Sri Lanka,
India, Inner Mongolia, China, etc.), VCC supports Dr. Pepper’s outreach
to Peru where he has established a four-semester Bible Academy and
several churches. Bill and Carlene, who live in Alaska, have a son and
a daughter, both serving as ministers of the Gospel
